S150A pipeline inspection robot is a digital high-definition pipeline inspection robot that can replace manual work and enter the pipeline for inspection. It is mainly composed of the robot body, dual digital high-definition camera units, electric cable reel and tablet control terminal. It is used for municipal drainage pipeline inspection, and the applicable pipe diameter is DN150~1200mm. It is equipped with a powerful lighting source and a high-precision meter-counting cable reeling device, which can automatically match the reeling and releasing speed according to the vehicle body's travel speed, and automatically arrange the wires during the reeling process. It can record the inside of the pipeline, capture defects, record defect location information, and produce professional pipeline inspection reports.
